- Surrounded¹ by State Forest and Kosciuszko National Park
- 35km from Tumbarumba and 45km from Mt Selwyn Ski Field
- 15km off the Snowy Valleys Way
- 1200m above sea level, an altitude that offers warm summer days with cool nights, and regular snowfalls during the winter months
¹There are other private properties around us but State Forest is within walking distance.
